Items are eligible for returns may be returned for a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. Merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags affixed.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, or color), you must contact Customer Service at email@example.com, and provide a photo of the defect and all tags on the garment.

Send in your item(s) using the postage-paid U.S. return label. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. Please mail your return to:

Returning In Stores (U.S.)
Returns can be made at any domestic GANT store. Your return must have your packing slip or order confirmation for the store to process the return. Your return cannot be credited without these items.
In order to be accepted for return, your return must meet all the eligibility requirements. Your payment method will be credited within 48 hours of the return being processed. The full amount minus the initial shipping cost will be credited to the original tender. Items must be eligible for return to be accepted as a return in our stores.
At this time we are unable to complete exchanges. The item you wish to exchange will need to be returned, following our return instructions. To order a different size, color, or new item, place a new order for the item.
We are able to honor price adjustments only on full price merchandise that has been marked down within 14 days of the original purchase date excluding temporary promotions or sale events.
