Return Policy

GANT accepts returns of any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all tags still intact within 30 days of the original purchase date.

GANT does not accept returns for the following merchandise:

candles and fragrance
hair and skincare products

Returned merchandise without tags intact, or received 30+ days after the original purchase date will not be accepted.

All items marked Final Sale on the website are not eligible for return.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, or color), you must contact Customer Service at, and provide a photo of the defect and all tags on the garment.

Unfortunately, at this time GANT North America can not accept international returns.

Return Instructions

Returning By Mail

Complete the RETURN FORM below noting the reason for the return by including the two-character reason code. Repack the merchandise in the original packing materials and enclose the RETURN FORM. Place the shipping label provided on the outside of the box and drop off at any UPS location.

GANT will also accept merchandise returned using the carrier of your choice and expense. Repack the merchandise in the original packing materials and enclose the RETURN FORM. Send your merchandise back via insured mail to the following address:

For your convenience you may return merchandise purchased online at any of our GANT retail locations. To find a store near you please visit, `To ensure proper processing of your return, you must present

your original packing slip or order confirmation email. Please note we will not be able to process your return without this information.


At this time we are unable to complete exchanges. The item you wish to exchange will need to be returned, following our return instructions. To order a different size, color, or new item, please place a new order for the item.

Price Adjustments

We are able to honor price adjustments only on full price merchandise that has been marked down within 14 days of the original purchase date excluding temporary promotions or sale events.
